This document outlines the Terms of Service (“TOS”) for the websites and services provided by TechYourChance LLC (“the Company”), a Delaware limited liability company, located at 1207 Delaware Ave #533, Wilmington, Delaware, US.
By accessing or using the websites and its services, you (“the User”) agree to abide by the TOS set forth in this document. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or its services.
1. Corporate Membership
1.1. A corporate membership grants the purchasing entity (“the Member”) access to the digital goods and services currently available on the platform for a period of one year from the date of purchase, including video courses and access to the community forum.
1.2. Corporate members will receive access to all video courses released on the platform during their active membership period.
1.3. The Company reserves the right to release additional digital goods and training that may not be included in the corporate membership. Such products will be explicitly marked as excluded from the membership and will be subject to separate purchase and access terms.
1.4. All benefits of the corporate membership are contingent upon the receipt of the full membership fee in advance. The Company reserves the right to withhold or revoke access to the platform and its services if the membership fee is not paid in full or if the payment is disputed or charged back.
2. Permitted Users and Usage
2.1. The number of “permitted users” available to the Member corresponds to the tier of membership purchased. Each permitted user represents an individual account, which may be assigned to an employee of the Member.
2.2. The Member is responsible for managing and assigning permitted users to its employees. Each permitted user should be assigned to a single individual and not shared among multiple users.
2.3. The Company reserves the right to monitor and audit permitted user usage for compliance. If unauthorized use is detected, the Company may suspend or terminate the Member’s account without a refund.
3. Membership Renewal and Termination
3.1. At the end of the prepaid membership period, TechYourChance LLC, at its sole discretion, may offer the Member the option to renew the membership for an additional term. The terms and conditions of the renewal, including pricing and membership benefits, will be communicated to the Member prior to the expiration of the current membership term.
3.2. If TechYourChance LLC chooses not to offer a membership renewal or if the Member chooses not to renew, the membership will be considered terminated at the end of the prepaid period. Upon termination, all access and benefits granted to the Member and their employees will be revoked, and all employee accounts and associated data will be permanently deleted.
3.3. The Member acknowledges and agrees that the termination of the membership will result in the loss of all benefits and data associated with the membership. TechYourChance LLC will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the termination of the membership.
4. Service Interruptions
4.1. TechYourChance LLC reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to the platform and its services, in whole or in part, for maintenance, system upgrades, or issue resolution, as deemed necessary by the Company.
4.2. The Company will make reasonable efforts to minimize the impact of such service interruptions and will endeavor to provide prior notice to the Member when possible. However, the Company cannot guarantee the availability of the platform and its services at all times and may need to suspend access without prior notice.
4.3. Service interruptions, whether planned or unplanned, will not result in a refund or extension of the membership period. The Member acknowledges and agrees that temporary service interruptions are a normal part of operating an online platform and will not hold TechYourChance LLC liable for any losses or damages resulting from such interruptions.
5. Refund Policy
5.1. The Member may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. The request must be submitted in writing to the Company.
5.2. Upon issuing a refund, all access and benefits granted to the Member and their employees will be revoked. All employee accounts and data will be permanently deleted.
6. Data Protection
6.1. The Company complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.
6.3. The Member must ensure that all its employees using the platform comply with data protection regulations and have provided their informed consent for the processing of their personal data.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform and its services.
8. Intellectual Property Ownership
8.1. All content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, videos, software, and other materials, provided on the platform is the exclusive property of TechYourChance LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents.
8.2. Access to the platform and its services grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the content solely for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with the TOS. No other rights are granted.
8.3. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or otherwise use the content, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or any purpose other than those expressly permitted by the TOS, without the prior written consent of TechYourChance LLC.
8.4. Unauthorized use of the content may result in the suspension or termination of the User’s access to the platform and may subject the User to legal action.
9. Governing Law
This TOS is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
10. Changes to the Terms of Service
The Company reserves the right to update the TOS at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the TOS periodically for updates.
